But what I for sure loved was the seminar experience and preparation just before it. Even inspite of several extremely strange behaviours by some of the delegates and a couple of hours of sleep for the whole weekend, I enjoyed it a lot.

I am really proud of my team members. And grateful. They were always there to help and take challenges. Whatever I asked them to do. And I also hope it helped the 3 LCs to get to know each other even better. Another thing which I was happy to realise: coordination and organisation did work :) Of course, not perfectly, but quite fine. And as usual, the simplest idea worked the best.
